Frequently Asked Questions
Your plan minutes are shared across all AI-powered activity: voice call talk time, chat engine conversations, SMS messages, and call transcript/summary generation. Usage is measured in 60-second increments — partial minutes round up.
Once your monthly allotment is exhausted, overage charges apply at $0.60 CAD per minute for all usage until the end of your billing cycle. Overage is billed automatically to your saved payment method at the end of the cycle. Your minutes reset on your next renewal date.
You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard under Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
Go to your account dashboard → Billing → select a new plan. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. If you need help, email support@orbnexus.com.
Check your usage dashboard first — overage charges are the most common cause. If you still have questions, email support@orbnexus.com with your account email and invoice date. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice.
No. Unused minutes expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry forward to the next month.
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. ORBNEXUS never stores your card number or CVV.
